Cascaded DNA circuits-programmed self-assembly of spherical nucleic acids for high signal amplification

Signal amplification is an important issue in DNA nanotechnology and molecular diagnostics. In this work, we report a strategy for the catalytic self-assembly of spherical nucleic acids(SNAs) programmed by two-layer cascaded DNA circuits through integrating an entropy-driven catalytic network, a catalytic hairpin assembly circuit, and a facile SNA assembly-based reporter system. This integrated system could implement ～100,000-fold signal amplification in the presence of 1 p M of input target.Possessing powerful amplification ability of nucleic acid signal, our strategy should be of great potential in fabricating more robust dynamic networks to be applied for signal transduction, DNA computing, and nucleic acid-based diagnostics.     

Ni单原子催化剂表面CO2电还原动力学的电化学谱学解析

针对Ni单原子催化剂表面的CO₂电还原反应(CO₂RR), 提出了以Ni为活性位点的“单中心”机理以及同时借助Ni位点还原和碳氮锚定位水解的“双功能”机理. 依据稳态极化的实验结果, 开展了CO₂RR的动力学解析与模型参数的敏感性分析; 借助暂态模型方程, 分别获取可表达CO₂RR线性与非线性频响特征的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)与总谐波失真(THD)谱. 研究结果表明, CO₂的溶解分压对CO₂RR活性影响最显著. 若CO₂RR遵循“单中心”机理, Ni位点COOH_ads的形成为速率控制步骤; 但若为“双功能”机理, 碳氮锚定位的水解与Ni位点的CO_2,ads还原同为速率控制步骤. EIS理论上可用于区分CO₂RR的“单中心”机理与“双功能”机理; 与之相比, THD谱在CO₂RR的机理识别中并无优势.     

O-Alkyldithiophosphate Nickel Complexes with dcpf Ligand as Efficient Electrocatalysts for Hydrogen Evolution

Six new O-alkyldithiophosphate nickel complexes with dcpf ligand, [(dcpf)Ni(S₂P{O}OR)] (dcpf = 1,1′-bis (dicyclohexylphosphino)ferrocene, R = CH₃ ( 1 ), CH₃CH₂ ( 2 ), Ph ( 3 ), 4-MeC₆H₄ ( 4 ), PhCH₂ ( 5 ) and PhCH₂CH₂ ( 6 )), have been synthesized by the treatment of dcpf with ((RO)₂PS₂)₂Ni in satisfactory yields. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopy (FTIR, UV–vis, ¹H, ¹³C, and ³¹P NMR), thermogravimetric analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The nickel atom in 1 , 2 ·CH₂Cl₂, 3 ·CH₂Cl₂, 4 ·2CH₂Cl₂·THF, and 2( 5 )·hexane adopts a slightly distorted square-planar coordination environment finished by two phosphorus atoms of dcpf ligand and two sulfur atoms of O-alkyldithiophosphate ligand. Furthermore, the electrochemical properties for complexes 1 – 6 were also investigated by cyclic voltammetry. With the addition of 120 mM trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), the turnover frequency (TOF) values for 1 – 6 are estimated to be 1243.83, 1046.54, 1331.71, 2545.29, 1899.03, and 1191.37 s⁻¹, with the overpotential (η) values of 0.62, 0.58, 0.71, 0.67, 0.60, and 0.56 V, respectively. The result of electrochemical studies indicates that all complexes can be used as efficient molecular eletrocatalysts for the reduction of protons to hydrogen in the presence of TFA in MeCN.     

X射线荧光光谱法测定重整铂催化剂中氯

建立重整铂催化剂中氯的X射线荧光光谱测定方法。通过研磨机将铂催化剂研磨至粒径小于75 μm的颗粒,采用仪器压片制样,通过测量不同氯含量样品的计数率,建立铂催化剂中氯含量与计数率的线性关系。氯的质量分数在0.85%~1.04%范围内与计数率成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.0076%。样品加标回收率为96.2%~104.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=6)。该法测定结果与电位滴定法相吻合。该方法精密度高,分析速度快,满足重整装置生产调整的要求。     

气相色谱–质谱法快速分析化妆品中3种香精香料

建立气相色谱-质谱法快速测定化妆品中甲基柏木酮、甲基柏木醚、壬酸3种香精香料的方法。样品用甲醇超声提取,经高速冷冻离心,上清液干燥脱水后经0.45 μm滤膜过滤,直接注入气相色谱-质谱仪进行测定,用选择离子和保留时间定性,外标法定量。甲基柏木酮、甲基柏木醚、壬酸在各自的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积成良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9992,0.9991,0.9994,检出限分别为0.05,0.1,0.1 mg/kg。测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.6%(n=5),样品加标回收率为91.5%~97.7%。该方法准确度和灵敏度高,样品用量少,前处理简单,可同时测定化妆品中3种香精香料。

围绕学校高水平应用型人才培养目标,依托省级重点实验室与省级化学化工大学生创新训练中心等科研教学平台,将“零排放型化学镀镍及其废液资源化为掺杂型LiFePO₄/C复合材料”的科研成果进行拆解和提炼,设计为分阶段、多层次的10个教学实验项目,并予以实践。结果表明,该科教融合模式营造出良好的科研氛围,有利于学生科研素养与创新意识的培养、实践能力与创新能力的提升。
